We're seeking an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join Prime Air's Marketing and Monetization team. As a member of this growing team, you will lead GTM and integrated marketing initiatives to support adoption, engagement, retention, and new feature launches. This role is inherently cross-functional: you will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes against shared goals.

Export Controls License
This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.
Key job responsibilities
Lead WW go-to-market launches for future drone delivery sites
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business intelligence, and design teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive product adoption and customer engagement
Own reporting of key content and marketing metrics to leadership and broader organization.
Ideate, develop, and execute unique marketing initiatives that drive the Amazon flywheel
Develop integrated marketing plan to optimize business impact, including messaging strategy, communications planning, and audience segmentation to drive returns.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
