Description

Be an essential part of the Estée Lauder Fragrances Global Product Marketing team to execute successful innovation and support programs from an end⁃to⁃end category management standpoint. Own an integral part of the management, and implementation of the product portfolio, product marketing and consumer engagement strategy across the Estée Lauder Fragrances with a focus on the Luxury & Ultra Luxury fragrance portfolios to enhance brand story telling and drive growth and market share.

Description of Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of new product innovation and project management in conjunction with the Product Marketing Managers across the Luxury and Ultra Luxury portfolio.

Responsible for tracking and managing the Global Product Marketing Team's adhesion to timelines.

Leverage internal data systems to make strategic business proposals based on analysis of sku performance, global attainment and market growth across brands but focusing on the Luxury Collection.

Assist in driving program development from start to finish including initiation in internal systems ( i.e., Runway) and clearly communicating project details and objectives to all support groups on⁃time and in⁃full.

Collaborate with cross⁃functional partners (GBSC, Creative, Packaging, GSR, etc.) to ensure projects are moving forward on time and meeting cost objectives.

Assist in the organization of bi⁃yearly Regional Roundtable Meetings, coordinating the ordering & shipping of lab samples and comps.

Responsible for global pricing analysis (pricelab) of Brand for alignment with Senior Management.

Lead development of forecast offerings/bulletins detailing all marketing programs and execution ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all offering postings.

Manage the roll⁃up of global forecasts and provide to Brand Managers for review with GDP team on regular basis.

Assist in the ideation and continuation of the Ultra Luxury and Luxury Collections, inclusive of strategy, st orytelling, go to market "big ideas" and product innovation.

Responsible for seasonal competitive analysis reporting, outlining areas of opportunity and key launches & industry trends.

Drive program development from start to finish including initiation in internal systems and clearly communicating project details and objectives to all support groups.

Prepare cost objectives for new and seasonal programs and ensure cost targets are met. Work closely with packaging and creative teams to find most cost⁃efficient method of developing programs.

Lead integrated marketing strategies for five⁃star product launches, with an emphasis on social media opportunities and content needs.

Lead portfolio playbooks in priority areas: content best practices, social media strategies, and digital copy guidelines.

Keep abreast of digital trends and recommend integration into projects where relevant, identifying opportunity to add value to projects and extend brand presence.

Lead always⁃on content development to support hero franchises for each brand, ensuring alignment to macro⁃brand fashion strategy. Oversee requests, timelines, toolkit development and distribution.

Qualifications

Position requires 5+ years Global Marketing experience.

Experience in end⁃to⁃end beauty product launches.

Demonstrates ownership of programs.

Embraces both big picture objectives and follows⁃through on details.

Capable of synthesizing data to drive business decisions.

Strong analytical and creative skills.

Detail oriented and self⁃motivated.

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Financial fluency.

Must be flexible, determined and a collaborative team player.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) are a must.
