LED Systems & Content Manager, Scoreboard (Full-Time)

The New York Yankees are looking for an LED Systems and Content Manager to organize and assist in managing content for the LED displays at Yankee Stadium and to maintain and troubleshoot the content management systems in the Scoreboard control room.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing and loading content for Yankee Stadium LED displays for New York Yankees home games and non-Baseball events
- Build and script elements for gameday operators in Ross Xpression and Dashboard
- Build and script buttons for gameday operators in Daktronics Show Control
- Build effects and assign routes in Ross Acuity switcher
- Load and test all LED graphics content for Yankees home games and non-baseball events
- Liaise with internal departments on specs and deliverables for sponsor-created content
- Assist with scheduling operators and overseeing control room for non-Baseball events
- Troubleshoot and maintain content management systems in Scoreboard control room
- Assist editors and producers with managing workflows and troubleshooting issues with Edit Share, Adobe Premiere, and Evertz Dreamcatcher environment
- Work with Engineering and IT on other control room projects and maintenance, as assigned
- Other basic video production and office management-related tasks, as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-5 years’ experience working in a video production facility or television control room, preferably for live event production
- Proficient with content management systems, specifically Ross Xpression and Daktronics Show Control
- Strong knowledge of technical video elements including codecs, specs, aspect ratios, frame rates and pixel counts
- Working Knowledge of Ross Accuity switcher, full Daktronics suite of control room products, Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop), and Evertz Dreamcatcher systems
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
- Knowledge of Major League Baseball and the New York Yankees required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sports stadium environment
- Flexible work schedule and ability to work long and non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
