Position Overview:

A Project Coordinator first, design execution as needed second. The Creative Production Coordinator (Design Aid) will help define and monitor scopes, milestones, timelines, and deliverables. This role requires deep organizational and time management skills, excellent internal communications skills and problem-solving. Secondarily, this is a role aiding in execution of some design work, consisting of various projects such as but not limited to, print, digital and email. Should have functional execution skills in InDesign.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee production project schedule.
  • Ensure all requests come through Lytho (current PM tool), information submitted is clear and complete
  • Work directly with teams to clarify deliverables, understand the need, and address creative requirements
  • Delegate intake of requests to proper creative team members and copywriter, building out schedules.
  • Monitor and track all parts of the project; produce and provide proactive recommendations to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Facilitate communication and approvals between creative team, copywriter and necessary stakeholders
  • See projects through to delivery success. Communicate to requesters once delivery is complete and project is closed out
  • Organize and facilitate weekly status meetings with full team
  • Understand all facets of the project/s - answering all internal and external questions pertinent to the project
  • Mitigate day-to-day problems, ensuring strong and effective communications in difficult and time-sensitive situations
  • Design Execution - Step in to help with executional design tasks as necessary Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required, bachelor's degree in marketing a plus.
  • At least 1 year experience in project management.
  • Working knowledge of InDesign software.
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Physical Requirements:
  • Physical ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
