2. Travel as needed for site investigations and assessments

4. Stay updated on relevant local, state, and national codes
5. Effectively communicate ideas in written, graphic, and verbal forms
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure project success
7. Organize and prioritize tasks for project completion

Typical Duties:

1. Gather information for plumbing engineering concepts
2. Define scope of plumbing systems for projects
3. Utilize computer programs for system designs
4. Verify code compliance
5. Design cost-effective system layouts
6. Coordinate with other disciplines for project production
7. Implement green design practices

Mandatory Requirements:

1. 5+ years of plumbing and/or fire protection design experience
2. Proficiency with AutoCAD and REVIT
3. Experience with engineering software and Microsoft Office suite
