Job Title: Marketing Director (Remote/Hybrid Role)
Position Summary
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan that enhances brand awareness, generates leads, and increases internal and external customer engagement. This role oversees all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, SEO, content creation, and community outreach. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in service-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms, including digital, print, and in-person marketing efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Develop and oversee paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Implement SEO and website optimization strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Oversee local and online lead generation strategies, including PPC campaigns, direct mail, and referral programs.
- Manage CRM tools and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Developing and documenting clear, efficient processes around key duties, ensuring they are structured for scalability and adaptable to support future growth.
Community & Partnership Marketing
- Develop relationships with local businesses, sponsors, and community organizations to increase brand presence.
- Organize and promote events, sponsorships, and partnerships within the community.
- Implement review generation and reputation management strategies.
- Marketing Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies with maximum return.
- Work with external vendors, agencies, and media partners for advertising, design, and promotional needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
- Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media management and analytics.
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
