Position Overview

Tobler Marina, a premier marine boat dealership located in Hayden, Idaho, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our marketing initiatives by supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns that align with our brand vision. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture Photo and Video Content: Create engaging photo and video content for campaigns, social media, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Campaign Development and Execution: Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels.
• Content Creation: Write and edit marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee social media posts while monitoring engagement and tracking analytics to optimize content performance.
• Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email templates, and tracking key metrics like open rates and click-through rates.
• Website Maintenance: Update website content, optimize SEO, and ensure the website remains user-friendly and functional.
• Event Planning and Coordination: Support the organization of marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and on-site community activities.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines across all marketing channels, maintaining a cohesive and professional presence.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing budget allocations, ensuring all campaigns align with financial goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant work experience considered.
• Experience: 13 years of marketing experience or a related role.
• Strong Photography & Videography Skills:Proficiency in both video and photo media to convey marketing messages effectively.
• Digital Marketing Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media dashboards, and email marketing software.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret marketing data and generate actionable insights.
• Creativity: An innovative mindset to craft engaging and high-quality marketing materials.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and quality in all marketing materials.
• Collaboration Skills: Team player capable of working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
