Job Title:- Marketing Coordinator Location:- Beaverton, OR Duration:- 8 Months Job Description Scope: The project involves managing and optimizing the ordering processes for EYBL and EYBL teams, including defining workflows and creating organizational tools. It also includes overseeing and executing orders for contracted Jordan high schools & managing all product for Chris Paul / Jayson Tatum Elite Camps, while developing templates to ensure efficient tracking and organization of all orders and related workflows. Deliverables: Lead and manage the product assortment and ordering process for EYBL teams (boys and girls), ensuring seamless execution and delivery. (February to August) Create and document a clear process to support EYBL teams with their ordering needs. Build templates to effectively track and organize EBL workflows. Comments Looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the client's Elite Youth Basketball League Team. They will be assisting with EYBL - Summer league for basketball and product and footwear lines. They are wanting someone who is excited about this space and is looking to learn more about the business side of sports. Must Have: Understands high school spots culture, grass roots basketball boys and girls teams, and how the season/products/games work. High attention to detail, very organized, project coordinator mindset Excel, Keynote, can document their processes Self starter, asks questions, motivated to solve problems, good attitude Nice to have: Experience as an equipment manager, understands high school space, has managed sport events Experience ordering equipment with ServiceNow or similar ordering systems Team: Field reps for NBA and Grassroots, Operations PM, Account Specialist with NBA
