BAAM.Tech is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.  This role is crucial in supporting the execution of our marketing strategies and initiatives, contributing to brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative individual with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and contribute. 

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the implementation of various marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.  This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media campaigns, content marketing, and advertising. 
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the development of marketing content, such as blog posts, social media updates, website copy, brochures, and email newsletters. (May require writing, editing, or proofreading skills depending on the specific role.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, monitoring social media trends, and analyzing performance. 
  • Email Marketing: Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, email design, and performance tracking. 
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars. This may involve logistics, registration, and onsite support.    
  • Market Research: Work across teams to conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports on key metrics and insights. May involve using analytics platforms. 
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as managing marketing materials, processing invoices, and scheduling meetings. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. 
  • Budget Management: May assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.  
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships considered).  
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other professional design tool suite.   
  • Experience with social media platforms.   
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and Hubspot is a plus. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
