Real Estate Photographer Pro is hiring: Head of Human Resources (Remote) - Real

We are looking for an experienced HR Leader to develop and oversee all aspects of our human resources function, including:

• Hiring & Recruiting – Source and hire top talent for our coaching, sales, marketing, and operations teams, including virtual assistants.

• Onboarding & Training – Develop onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and efficiently into their roles.

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) – Implement and maintain clear, scalable HR systems and SOPs to optimize company workflows.

• International & Remote Workforce Management – Support and manage a fully remote, global team while ensuring compliance with international employment laws.

• Culture & Employee Experience – Foster a positive work culture that supports team engagement and productivity.

• Performance & Compensation – Implement performance management strategies and bonus structures to reward high achievers.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HR experience in a company with remote teams both all over the US, and internationally.

• Experience hiring across multiple departments (sales, marketing, operations, coaching, virtual assistants, etc.).

• Proven track record of building SOPs, onboarding, and training systems from the ground up.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with team members across different time zones.

• Experience with HR tech tools for managing hiring, training, and performance tracking (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS).
