About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with a strong focus on creating seamless mobile experiences. You’ll work to deeply understand user needs, translate insights into actionable design strategies, and deliver polished, high-impact designs that enhance Smule’s user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Insight: Conduct surveys, usability tests, and user journey mapping to uncover pain points and drive design solutions.
• Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and iterate based on qualitative feedback and quantitative KPIs.
• Collaboration & Presentation: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, presenting design concepts and research findings effectively.
• Data-Driven Design: Leverage data analytics to refine onboarding experiences and personalization strategies.

Key Skills & Experience

• Portfolio Required.
• 3–5 years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 cross-platform projects shipped.
• Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Strong skills in user research, interaction design, information architecture, and UI design.
• Ability to use data analytics to drive design improvements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working in remote, multicultural teams.

Bonus Attributes

• Experience in B2C industries or the creator economy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• Experience with long-term design roles (1–2 years tenure preferred).
