TekStream Solutions is hiring: User Experience Designer in Atlanta

A TekStream client, an innovative Atlanta start-up dedicated to providing cutting-edge financial services solutions, has an amazing full-time / perm opportunity for a UX Designer.

The UX Designer will craft compelling, interactive experiences that delight users and bring vision to life. You will lead efforts to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations through in-depth research, ensuring that our designs are grounded in real-world insights. Your work will transform complex ideas into user-friendly designs that empower customers.

While initially remote, applicants must be local to the Atlanta area and open to being onsite up to 3x per week as the team expands.

What we're looking for...

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design (an online portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and workflows is required)
• Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable design solutions
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and information architecture
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to use data and customer insights to influence design decisions
• Constant drive to stay up-to-date with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
• Must have start-up company experience
