What you will be doing:

As a Video System Administrator, you will be responsible for the technical administration and end-user support of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) infrastructure, endpoint devices, and video streaming systems.

 Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week
• Perform technical duties related to the administration and support for VTC infrastructure, endpoint devices, and video streaming.
• Install, configure, test, upgrade, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair video teleconferencing (VTC) systems and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) systems.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to identify system failures and analyze, isolate, and correct operational faults in the end-user environment of VTC and VOIP equipment and software.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator (SA) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required. (Note: Five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification is required

Clearance Required:   Must possess an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role
