Job Summary:
The Content Strategist III is responsible for creating content, managing content workflows, and coordinating deliverables that will help improve audience comprehension and support appropriate channel execution.
Essential Functions:
Develop, produce and maintain plain language content for member or provider materials and collateral
Develop interesting, plain language content to assist with customer engagement and to improve audience experience
Execute communications for the appropriate channel delivery
Gather and provide insightful interpretation of customer data to support content strategy and management
Ensure e production of materials is on time and within budget
Maintain and manage tools that educate and drive convergence towards better and more consistent copy execution
Ensure all regulatory and accreditation requirements are adhered to in materials created and utilized
Create comprehensive communication plans in support of business needs, regulatory requirements and organizational goals
Establish measurements and monitor communication plan execution; provide ongoing feedback and recommendations for improvements
Utilizing consultative methods, collaborate and coordinate with key internal stakeholders
Provide communication expertise and serve on internal work groups/committees to support organizational initiatives and efforts
Provide training and guidance on department processes and procedures to new team members
Create and implement process improvement efforts
Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience is required
A minimum of five (5) years of experience writing consumer-friendly, plain language content is required
Experience writing health care-related content is preferred
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to think critically and creatively problem solve
Self-starter with exceptional organizational, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time

None
Working Conditions:
Hybrid role - In Dayton HQ office 2-3 days a week
General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Compensation Range:
$61,500.00 - $98,400.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
