Senior Performance Marketing Lead , where you will leverage your expertise to develop and execute impactful paid advertising campaigns across diverse channels, including: Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) Programmatic Advertising Additional relevant platforms In this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize advertising budgets, analyze performance data, and uncover opportunities for campaign enhancements. Additionally, you'll lead and mentor a small team while collaborating closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Formulate and implement robust paid advertising strategies that align with business goals. Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Develop engaging ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences. Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms. Monitor performance metrics daily and make real-time adjustments. Track essential metrics (e.g., conversions, ROI, cost per acquisition) and produce regular performance reports. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and nurture a small team, ensuring project milestones and objectives are achieved. Provide coaching and support on best practices in paid advertising. Effectively delegate tasks and ensure timely completion. Cultivate a collaborative and motivating team environment. Regularly collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. Budget Management: Oversee and optimize paid advertising budgets to enhance ROI. Forecast and monitor campaign expenditures. Identify and implement strategies for cost efficiency. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Create comprehensive performance reports for internal stakeholders. Utilize data insights to guide future campaign strategies. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the realm of paid advertising. Participate in industry events and webinars. Conduct ongoing research and experimentation to elevate campaign performance. Qualifications: 4-6 years of proven experience in managing paid advertising. Demonstrated expertise in optimizing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, etc.). In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Experience in leading and mentoring teams or individuals. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio). Strong communication and presentation abilities. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Bonus Points: Experience with programmatic advertising platforms. Hands-on experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing. Google Ads certifications. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience working with a global workforce.
