SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Corporate Communication Director reports to the Vice President of HealthYou, providing support to the Director of Accounts and Clinical Services, overseeing that processes and policies are conducted in a manner that meets safety guidelines, organizational competency, and financial prudency. This role's primary focus will be organizing and managing internal marketing campaigns to increase program awareness and engagement through trend analysis, vendor and client collaboration, and final editing / review of marketing materials.
The Corporate Communications Director develops and designs creative concepts for employer-facing graphic communications within the company's print and digital channels. This position will communicate the visual expressions of the internal brand and ensure internal brand standards are consistently met. The Corporate Communications Director is creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with efficiencies in time management and working productively under pressure on simultaneous communications projects in support of HealthYou, LLC, an affiliate company of the Garden of the Gods Resort and Club (GGRC) family of companies.
The Corporate Communications Director delivers front-line professional, client-centered services for a variety of wellness programs and services. The position engages continuously with members, patients, guests, visitors and vendors, as well as various members of STRATA (an affiliate company) and GGRC teams, to deliver a world-class health and wellness experience for all.
The Corporate Communications Director must continually present a high level of professionalism, possess strong interpersonal skills, maintain a positive attitude, and remain calm under pressure. It is a dynamic, multitasking role key to the ultimate growth and success of HealthYou. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strong command of industry design software and tools, namely, but not exclusively, MS Publisher and Adobe products.
Stay abreast of, and trained in, industry software developments and trends.
Hands-on knowledge of setting up files for print, working with print vendors to obtain quotes through completion of printed projects.
Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on experience and knowledge of industry standards, layout principles, and aesthetic design for collateral, advertisements, illustrations, infographics, logos, signage, animations, and other multimedia designs.
Multitask and work on a wide range of projects at the same time with varying deadlines.
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.
Meet design and cost requirements.
Responsible for proofreading provided content and own work prior to providing to stakeholders; relays suggested edits for content when deemed necessary.
Provide print specifications to point-of-contact or vendors as needed.
Work well in a collaborative team environment, as well as with vendors, and internal and external customers.
Present concepts and ideas to the HealthYou team and outside employers / stakeholders for assigned projects.
Participate in planning for onsite client events, including development, scheduling, preparation, presenting and leading a team for a successful outcome.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments and colleagues, as necessary.

Effectively manage graphics and photographic files.
Manage the daily activities to ensure workflow efficiency, minimize waste, reduce redundancy, and maximize performance through talent optimization and improved process implementation.
Oversee program activity uploads into data warehouse platform, OnBase, to ensure timely point accrual for active participants.
Monitor data collection input and output process for completed coaching sessions and health screenings.
Assist in the development and execution of new program service deliverables to include the launch of HealthYou's C3 Engage program implementation.
Monitor and analyze design team member performance, conduct annual performance reviews, and develop job descriptions that align with the organization's needs.
Develop reporting and auditing processes to analyze operational effectiveness and deliverables to external clients.
Ensure departments adhere to approved budgets, meet contracted performance metrics, and increase year-over-year engagement percentage as agreed upon with clientele.
Attend leadership and applicable client/vendor meetings to review strategy, budget, and planning.
Follow company policies and procedures, leading by example.
Understand general industry regulations, Human Resources laws, acts, employee, and employer rights to conduct fair and ethical staff member reviews, disciplinary action, and time-off requests.
Communicate positively and train staff members about company policy, brand identity, and the concierge approach HealthYou takes with clientele.
Establish timelines and frequency of marketing campaigns according to client's preference and ADA compliance standards.
Train team member(s) on how to use the Brevo marketing platform.
Launch digital, print, and product marketing campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and branding to include giveaway prizes and promote wellness products/services.
Review and edit written content for grammatical errors and brand voice.
Design website page layouts, oversee imagery selection and content uploads to website and portal platforms to include Umbraco and WordPress.
Coordinate website requests and deadlines with web developers to include Propel and other contracted vendors.
Collaborate with publishing vendors and oversee ordering correspondence for posters, at-home mailers, and other large volume print requests, such as client specific report cards.
Oversee monthly office supply ordering for item accuracy, supply need cadence, and budgets.
Capture, organize, and edit event photos and videography.
Design digital templates and oversee the pushout of graphics for eblasts, newsletters, trifold boards, and flyers.
Create reporting templates, dashboards, and annual reporting presentations.
Oversee and guide the development of other team members' design work.
Oversee and direct educational tutorials, voice-over podcasts, and short videos for clientele.
Oversee virtual, onsite, and offsite event preparation to ensure collateral, supplies, prizes, staff, and other supportive materials are gathered, confirmed, approved by Human Resources, and/or ordered prior to the event date.
Be efficient and continue to expand skillsets in Adobe Creative Cloud to produce high quality marketing projects to include InDesign, Premier Pro, and Adobe Express, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Perform other duties as assigned.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Knowledge
· Strong sense of concept development, layout composition, color theory, typography, and basic drawing skills.
· Skills in illustration, animation, photography, 3D design and experience using a CRM are desired.
· Comfortable designing both print and digital designs.
· Demonstrated hands-on command and knowledge of Adobe products, including Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
· Command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
· Creative and imaginative skills - ability to translate ideas into effective designs.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high degree of diplomacy and team involvement, needs to be both analytical and detail oriented.

Formal Education & Job-Related Experience
• Bachelor's degree in communications, graphic design, or related field preferred.
