The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring that marketing efforts are in line with the company's business objectives. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly in the mid-market and enterprise segments, and a hands-on approach to all key marketing functions, including ABM, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and field marketing. The SVP will be responsible for transforming the marketing engine into a revenue-driving force, with a focus on multi-channel campaigns, social media optimization, and data-driven optimization to maximize ROI. Applicants for the SVP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related field, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the buyer's journey, sales funnel, and customer lifecycle management, and the ability to align marketing strategies with sales and business goals.
