OPMG is a global network of agencies and consultancies, spanning CRM, customer experience design, and marketing technology and business consulting We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director, Marketing Operations to lead and drive complex marketing transformation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for engaging with senior customer executives, software partners, and internal teams to architect and execute innovative, integrated marketing solutions that leverage multiple Adobe solutions, our company’s proprietary technologies, and resonant customer systems.

This is a leadership role requiring a deep understanding of marketing strategy, technology integration, and stakeholder management. The Senior Director will be accountable for developing comprehensive roadmaps, proposals, and securing the execution of transformation projects that deliver measurable impact against KPIs.

Note: This is a remote, work from home position

As a Senior Director, Marketing Operations, you will have the opportunity to: Strategic Engagement & Leadership :

Build and nurture strong relationships with senior customer executives, software partners, and internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to drive alignment on marketing transformation initiatives. Lead conversations with C-suite executives to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions leveraging Adobe technologies, our company’s solutions, and additional customer systems. Strategy Development :

Lead the creation of strategic marketing transformation roadmaps that articulate the case for change and demonstrate how platforms (Adobe solutions and our company’s technology stack), data, personas and process come together to achieve it. Develop a clear, actionable strategy to address complex business challenges, driving long-term value for clients and aligning with both customer objectives and company goals. Proposal & Business Case Development :

Craft compelling, data-driven proposals that clearly articulate the value of marketing transformation initiatives to customers and partners. Develop detailed business cases to secure stakeholder buy-in and approval for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, and KPIs. Program Execution & Delivery :

Maintain executive customer relationships throughout delivery and provide the oversight to the engagement team to ensure the successful execution of marketing transformation initiatives, ensuring that all deliverables meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Review progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting tactics and strategies as needed to ensure success. Cross-functional Collaboration :

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics, product, sales) and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of solutions across multiple platforms. Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative approach to execution. Thought Leadership :

Serve as a thought leader in the marketing transformation space, sharing best practices and insights with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table for both customers and the organization. KPIs & Performance Metrics :

Establish measurable KPIs for each transformation initiative and track progress to ensure goals are met. Regularly review performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results and maximize customer value. The following skills will set you up for success:

10+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with a proven track record of leading complex marketing transformation initiatives. Significant experience working with Adobe solutions (Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and integrating these with broader marketing technologies. Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and working with C-suite executives to drive strategic initiatives. Strong background in developing business cases, proposals, and securing approval for large-scale projects. Experience working with both B2B and B2C customers in a consultative capacity. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to design and implement marketing solutions that align with business goals. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Expertise in marketing transformation and technology integration, particularly with Adobe products. Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics. Must reside in the U.S. Personal Attributes: Visionary thinker with the ability to see the big picture and translate that into actionable strategies. Highly collaborative and able to build relationships across diverse teams and with external partners. Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving business outcomes and customer satisfaction. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel
