The ideal candidate will lead product-led acquisition and revenue growth initiatives, owning the US market expansion strategy while deeply contributing to the enhancement of our user base and revenue figures. You will have the responsibility of establishing and managing a scalable acquisition marketing function that enhances demand generation and conversion for our AI self-service platform, all while building and leading a dedicated marketing team. Your main responsibilities will include: Owning and executing the strategy for US market expansion, driving both demand and revenue growth. Building a robust acquisition marketing function with a focus on optimizing inbound marketing and conversion rates. Overseeing paid acquisition efforts across various platforms, including social media, LinkedIn, and influencer strategies. Developing and implementing tracking tools to analyze and enhance campaign performance. Collaborating closely with sales and product teams to maximize inbound lead conversion. Reporting on key acquisition, revenue metrics, and activation performance. Key qualifications and skills required include: 8+ years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on growth marketing and demand generation within SaaS or platform businesses. Expertise in freemium models, conversion optimization, and user activation strategies. Demonstrated success in driving B2B user acquisition and revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively analyze data and implement growth experiments. Experience with marketing automation, analytics, and tracking tools. Exceptional collaboration skills across functions, particularly with sales, product development, and executive leadership.
