A leading global music company is seeking a Project Manager, Marketing to join its team. This role supports and collaborates with the marketing team to create and execute marketing plans that align with the overall vision and strategy for assigned releases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving music marketing campaigns that maximize streaming, exposure, and audience engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee and manage project timelines, deadlines, and tasks for assigned artists.
Develop and implement creative marketing strategies in collaboration with the VP of Marketing.
Communicate effectively across all project management channels to ensure success.
Build and execute marketing plans in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate the timely delivery of marketing assets to key departments, including Commercial Partnerships, Digital, Radio, Publishing, and A&R.
Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and maintain monthly forecasting for assigned projects.
Analyze and report on key metrics such as streaming, album sales, audience demographics, and social engagement.
Assist with artist and marketing-driven events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven project and budget management experience.
Ability to develop strong professional relationships, including with artists and managers.
Adaptability to a flexible work schedule.
Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
Willingness to travel as needed.
2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in entertainment or music.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
