The OSI Global Communications Team is hiring one full-time intern and possibly one project-based intern who is ready to put his/her communications and marketing skills to the test while exploring new areas for growth and learning.
We have many exciting projects preparing to launch this year including a global newsletter, global intranet site, increased social media presence, video segments plus so much more. Come join a dynamic organization where autonomy and creativity are encouraged.
Writing / editing - sharp skills and able to write blurbs, newsletter entries, social media posts Social media - analyze US social media, suggest what's needed to boost activity, execute Events - ready to help organize/execute different segments of large events on the horizon Digital communications - create materials, determine best mediums, help manage channel Research - conduct research, determine value More - new ideas are always pouring in; we're looking for go-getters to help us achieve it all High proficiency in Microsoft Office Good verbal and writing skills Ability to learn quickly and work independently with little supervision
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands or finger, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, or controls; may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision to a computer screen Currently pursuing a 4-year degree at an accredited institution, preferably with completed coursework Typically, student currently between their Junior and Senior years or between their 1st and 2nd years of graduate school will be considered for internships
