How you will contribute:

  • Act as a project manager for Aspiriant webinars and events – including but not limited to interfacing between key stakeholders, following checklists, drafting content and laying out emails in our marketing automation system, Marketo
  • Manage marketing team project management software implementation
  • Update and manage Salesforce project management workflows for the marketing team
  • Social media and intranet posting
  • Submit and track marketing pieces for compliance review
  • Brand management support
  • Ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks

The attributes and talents that lead to success in the role are:

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Skills:

  • Exceptional project management skills and comfort switching between projects with attention to detail, often under strict guidelines and tight timeframes
  • Strong communication skills and proactiveness

Abilities:

  • Desire to learn and grow, gain new skills, problem solve; a self-starter who likes to take on new projects and become an expert
  • Ability to take full ownership of projects and see them through to a successful conclusion

Experience and Education:

We will consider any combination of experience and education which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job. A typical way to acquire the requirements would be:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or marketing preferred
  • 2-4 years of work experience preferably in marketing
  • Experience with mass emailing platforms, preferably Marketo

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Primarily sedentary work in an office with minimal distractions; walking throughout the office. Learn and memorize tasks; execute tasks independently; apply knowledge and use judgment to handle situations. Occasionally exert up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Perform repetitive motions; substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and fingers for computer keyboard operation. Use near visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing documents, operating a computer, and reading. Speak and hear to communicate with team members and clients by phone and in-person.
