We're looking for a Digital Media Coordinator who’s ready to take charge of the search engine marketing (SEM) game! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of executing top-tier SEM strategies within an approved media plan—owning everything from buying and optimization to copywriting. But that’s not all! You’ll also get hands-on experience across multiple media channels, cross-training in media buying for mid-market clients.

This is a high-impact role where you'll dive deep into A/B testing, fine-tune campaigns, and ensure SEM shines within the larger digital media landscape. Responsibilities:
  • Buy paid search campaigns as directed by media plans, and campaign briefs, and in alignment with client goals.
  • Collaborate on channel strategy for keyword targeting, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Day-to-day campaign management including pacing, performance and keyword optimizations, and ongoing testing.
  • Conformance with agency naming, tracking, and placement strategy standards.
  • Work closely with our performance marketing strategist, media planners, and analysts to inform and offer platform-driven suggestions.
  • Define conversion definition and support implementation as needed.
  • Provide SEM-specific landing page optimizations.
  • Provide campaign reporting as needed. This can include launch notifications, mid-campaign reports, ongoing dashboards, and client-facing recaps.
  • Stay abreast of SEM trends and maintain current certifications.
  • Support buying, trafficking, and maintaining various other digital media channels for clients as needed.

Requirements and Skill Set:

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is a plus.
  • Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing situations with ease and a positive attitude.
  • Test and learn mindset: seek out diverse and creative solutions to meet media goals.
  • Must have the confidence and curiosity to assess problems and identify solutions independently.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
