About the Role
West County Net is seeking an SEO/SEM Specialist to join our digital marketing team and help our clients grow their organic search rankings and lead generation.
We take a long-term, strategic approach to SEO & SEM—helping our clients exceed their goals with data-driven strategies. You’ll play a key role in executing, optimizing, and improving both paid and organic search campaigns that drive measurable ROI.

What You’ll Do:
SEO & SEM Campaign Management – Manage organic SEO strategies and PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Google Merchant.
Website & Performance Optimization – Conduct technical site audits, implement SEO improvements, and optimize landing pages for better rankings & conversions.
Keyword Research & Content Optimization – Perform in-depth keyword research and create keyword-rich content strategies to drive search performance.
Analytics & Reporting – Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity to track website performance, create custom reports, and identify trends for optimization.
Collaboration & Strategy – Work directly with clients and our development team to implement technical improvements, strategize for better search placement, and continuously refine paid & organic strategies.
Industry Expertise & Growth – Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and SEO/SEM trends to ensure our clients stay ahead of the competition.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of SEO & SEM experience with proven results.
✔ Strong understanding of Google Analytics, keyword research tools (SEMrush), and SEO best practices.
✔ Experience implementing technical SEO fixes and working with developers to enhance site performance.
✔ Ability to analyze data, optimize digital marketing spend, and make data-driven decisions.
✔ Strong writing skills to craft keyword-rich content & optimize existing content.
✔ Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
✔ Must be able to work onsite in Santa Rosa, CA.
