Position: Communications Representative
Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Communications Representative to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication between our organization and its diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting clear and engaging messages, whether through written content, social media, or face-to-face interactions.
Responsibilities: Draft and distribute press releases and media advisories. Manage and create content for our social media platforms to engage audiences. Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and craft compelling narratives. Assist in organizing and promoting events, ensuring effective communication pre, during, and post. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for management on public perception. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications or public relations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed. Benefits:
