Real Estate Photographer - North NJ Properties, Drone Experience Job at Cinemafl

As a Real Estate Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing professional, high-quality images of residential and commercial properties in and around Totowa, NJ. You will work independently, managing your schedule and delivering exceptional photos that highlight the unique features of each property. Drone photography is a key component of this role, and candidates with an FAA Part 107 license are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Capture high-quality, professional photos of residential and commercial properties, including interior and exterior shots.  

• Perform drone photography to showcase aerial views of properties (FAA Part 107 certification required for drone work).  

• Manage scheduling and communication with clients or property managers to ensure smooth and timely shoots.  

• Deliver final images within agreed-upon deadlines via our online platform.  

• Maintain and transport your own photography equipment, including camera, lenses, tripod, and drone.  

• Adhere to safety and legal guidelines, especially when operating drones. 

Qualifications:  

• Experience: Previous experience in real estate photography or a related field (e.g., architectural or interior photography) is required.  

• Location: Must be local to Totowa, NJ, or willing to travel within the surrounding area.  

• Drone Certification: FAA Part 107 license is highly preferred for drone photography. If not certified, willingness to obtain certification is a plus.  

• Equipment: Must own professional-grade photography equipment, including a DSLR or mirrorless camera, wide-angle lens, tripod, and drone (e.g., DJI Mavic or similar).  

Skills:  

• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and angles for real estate photography.  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.  

• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 

• Availability: Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules, including weekends if needed.  

• Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to properties in the Totowa, NJ area. 

Pay & Benefits:  

• Pay Rate: $2500-$4000 per month, paid as an independent contractor (1099 status).  

• Flexible Schedule: Work on your own schedule, with shoots typically taking 1-2 hours each.
