Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions to businesses across various industries. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prospect & Develop New Business: Identify and target potential commercial clients through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
✅ Build & Maintain Client Relationships: Provide consultative sales and develop customized insurance solutions to meet clients' needs.
✅ Policy & Coverage Expertise: Educate clients on coverage options, endorsements, and risk management strategies.
✅ Collaborate with Carriers: Work with insurance carriers to negotiate competitive coverage and pricing for clients.
✅ Meet & Exceed Sales Goals: Consistently achieve and surpass production targets.
✅ Ensure Compliance: Maintain knowledge of insurance regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales (preferred)
✔️ Active 2-20 General Lines (Property & Casualty) Insurance License (required)
✔️ Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, liability, workers’ compensation, and commercial auto
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔️ Self-motivated with a proven track record of sales success
✔️ Ability to work independently while being a team player
