Job Description
We are seeking a Graphic Production Artist to join our dynamic Marketing team, supporting all Dana-co brands with your expertise in design, production, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling sample layouts, applying design principles and aesthetic concepts.
- Design and produce a wide range of brand communications, including events, and in-store signage.
- Ensure that all project deliverables align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Finalize and optimize artwork for production, working closely with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage production timelines, meeting project deadlines while maintaining the highest design quality.
- Maintain consistency in the brand's luxury aesthetic across all design outputs.
- Assist in the creation of impactful corporate presentations and brand decks that elevate the Dana-co brands.
Qualifications:
- A keen eye for sophisticated design, with a deep understanding of style, typography, image composition, and color theory.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong photo editing skills with a sharp eye for cropping and compositing.
- Collaborative and adaptable team player with excellent communication skills.
- Resourceful and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Video creation and editing skills are a plus.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in graphic design, production art, or a similar creative role.
- Experience in retail/fashion design is a plus.
