The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of over 20 employees and will play a key role in advancing the institution's enrollment, communication, and marketing efforts. This includes building and refining recruitment strategies, particularly within the local and national high school and community college markets, and ensuring the college's mission and branding are effectively represented to prospective students and other stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing the college's website, social media, and digital marketing strategies, as well as managing the sector's annual budget. The role requires a leader with strong management, human relations, and problem-solving skills, who is adept at working with diverse constituencies and is committed to the values of belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, data-informed, and results-oriented, with the ability to mentor and empower staff. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred, along with experience in working with underrepresented and diverse populations.
