Responsibilities:
Video Content Creation & Editing:
Produce, edit, and optimize engaging video content to promote our programs, success stories, and educational material related to substance use treatment. Ensure all video content aligns with the companys branding and messaging.- Graphic Design & Social Media Image Creation:
Design and create visually compelling images, infographics, and social media posts that reflect the companys brand identity. Ensure all visual content is consistent with the companys established brand guidelines while engaging our audience across platforms. - Design of Print Materials:
Create and design program-related print materials such as pamphlets, brochures, flyers, forms, and other promotional items. Ensure that these materials align with the companys branding, style, and messaging, maintaining a consistent visual identity across both digital and print media. - Content Creation & Copywriting:
Write high-quality blog posts, articles, and landing page copy, focusing on SEO and audience engagement. Topics will include substance use recovery, mental health, treatment services, and related resources. - Social Media Management:
Curate and manage content for multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Design and schedule posts with brand-consistent visuals, engage with followers, and monitor social conversations to help build and maintain an online community. - Brand Consistency:
Develop content that accurately reflects the companys mission and brand voice. Ensure that all digital and print content adheres to company guidelines and communicates our core values. - SEO Strategy & Optimization:
Research, implement, and optimize SEO strategies for web content and blogs to increase organic traffic. Track and analyze content performance to improve visibility and reach. - Content Scheduling & Posting:
Oversee the scheduling of content and posts across all social media platforms, ensuring that content is delivered consistently and at peak times. - Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to brainstorm and implement content ideas and strategies that align with organizational goals. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into content development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a content creator, digital marketer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and content work. Experience in the substance use treatment or mental health field is a strong plus.- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience in designing print materials such as pamphlets, flyers, brochures, and forms, with a keen understanding of print production processes.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen understanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience creating visually compelling social media posts, including infographics, promotional banners, and other imagery that aligns with company branding.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and a strong understanding of each platforms best practices.
- A keen eye for design and the ability to produce high-quality, brand-consistent visuals across both digital and print media.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and how to engage audiences effectively across platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
A background in social media analytics and content performance tracking.- Experience in paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with the latest trends in the substance use treatment and mental health industries.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
