Job Title: Graphic Designer - Experience Design Specialist 2
Location: Princeton NJ
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team! If you have a passion for design, strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and experience working on projects that support brand standards, we want to hear from you. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with sales teams and leadership to create compelling visual communications that tell a story from a sales perspective
.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and create visually engaging materials for various marketing and sales initiatives, adhering to brand standards and applying creative layouts and typography.
• Collaborate with sales teams and leadership to understand project objectives and effectively communicate key points through visual design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality design work and meeting deadlines.
• Take complex data and text, distill key points, and creatively display information in an easy-to-understand, impactful manner.
• Analyze and streamline design processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain consistency in brand and design application across all materials.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Solid understanding of typography, page layout, and brand consistency.
• Experience working with sales teams and leadership on visual communication.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
