Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will be a key player in driving the execution of Aruza’s S.T.A.R. marketing strategy (Strategic, Target, Acquisition, Retention). This role involves overseeing critical marketing initiatives, optimizing digital and creative assets, and supporting cross functional transitions to ensure smooth operations during organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

S.T.A.R. Marketing Strategy Execution:

  • Support the implementation of Strategic, Target, Acquisition, and Retention marketing initiatives.
  • Drive consistent and measurable progress toward key marketing objectives.


Marketing Pro Platform Management:

  • Manage and execute weekly planned cross-sell and up-sell campaigns to existing customers.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.


Website Optimization & SEO:

  • Continuously improve the Aruza Pest Control website to enhance user experience and drive organic lead flow.
  • Implement and refine Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve search rankings and website traffic.


Brand Management:

  • Maintain the integrity and consistency of the Aruza brand across all channels. Develop and enforce brand guidelines for internal and external communications.


Creative Services:

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including print, photography, and video projects.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to produce high-quality, engaging content.


Internal Communications:

  • Develop and distribute internal communications to align employees with marketing initiatives and company objectives.


Other Duties as Assigned:

  • Take on special projects, initiatives, or tasks as needed to support the overall goals of the marketing department and the company.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in the home services or B2C industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including website optimization, SEO, and CRM/email marketing platforms (i.e.: WebFlow, Featherly, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Proven ability to create/manage creative projects, including print, photo, and video production platforms, including Canva, InDesign, PremierPro, Final Cut, etc. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a data-driven approach to optimizing marketing initiatives.
