This internship will provide you with real-world marketing experience, allowing you to:
- Enhance your skills in social media content creation and digital marketing.
- Learn how to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Gain experience with industry tools like Canva, CapCut, Sprout Social, Google Workspace, and Asana.
- Work in a collaborative environment that values kindness, connection, integrity, inclusiveness, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media content plans across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content using Canva and CapCut.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and track performance in Sprout Social.
- Assist with planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives.
- Support the team in branding, content creation, and social media strategy.
- Help coordinate marketing events, including logistics and supply management.
- Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and brainstorming sessions.
- Monitor and manage the Marketing email inbox.
What We’re Looking For:
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to travel to milk + honey locations for occasional filming opportunities.
- Timely responses to emails/messages within 24 hours (by Monday for weekend emails).
- Utilize Google Chat, Google Mail, and Asana for communication and task management.
- Maintain milk + honey’s mission and values in all work.
- Complete assigned projects and contribute to team initiatives.
- Ability to travel to milk + honey locations for occasional filming opportunities
