Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in promoting Civil Society's services and initiatives. You will be responsible for managing various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content creation. This position requires a combination of creative and analytical skills to drive engagement and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

• Content Creation: Create engaging content for various platforms (social media, website, blogs, emails) to promote services, share success stories, and engage with the target audience.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to help inform marketing strategies.

• Event Promotion: Assist with the promotion of events, workshops, and webinars through online and offline channels.

• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to adjust strategies as needed.

• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in messaging and visual branding across all marketing materials and platforms.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and operations, to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in education, consulting, or a similar industry.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing).

• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

• Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for innovative marketing tactics.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
