Job Summary

Develops digital marketing and creative strategies to promote the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy on all digital platforms and increase exposure to target audiences.

Department-Specific Responsibilities Maintains functionality of website, including updating content Coordinates with IT for server operations and troubleshooting technical issues Monitors website performance, optimizing for search engines (SEO) Ensures the site remains secure and accessible across various devices Designs and executes email marketing campaigns Manages email lists and segment audiences for targeted communications Tracks and reports on email campaign performance Develops and implements social media strategies to increase engagement and reach Creates, schedules, and monitors posts across various social media platforms Analyzes social media metrics and adjusts strategies as needed Utilizes Feathr for digital advertising and audience engagement Creates and manages campaigns within the Feathr platform Analyzes and reports on campaign effectiveness Manages the implementation of digital marketing programs and campaigns and analyzes their effectiveness Tracks usage trends of digital platforms and uses data and research to inform digital marketing campaigns Designs user experience interfaces to ensure consistent and engaging platforms General Responsibilities

Develops marketing and creative strategies to promote Indiana University through digital channels and increase exposure to a target audience Develops targeting and segmentation approach for digital marketing strategies Reviews and analyzes usage trends and effectiveness of digital marketing strategies, recommends and implements changes as necessary Works with other marketing and web teams to identify a target market and create a marketing campaign for digital technologies Regularly consults with staff, faculty, colleagues, departments, and/or other stakeholders to curate social media content to specific programs, goals, audiences, and objectives Ensures alignment with university mission, strategies, objectives, and brand guidelines across all digital marketing platforms and content Designs user experience interfaces to ensure consistent and engaging platforms May plan and develops integrated digital advertising schedules Qualifications

EDUCATION

Required

Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field WORK EXPERIENCE

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
