Senior Full Stack UI Developer
Location:

Salary:
$140,000-160,000 / yr + stock options, 401k matching, and other benefits.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a full stack developer to join our User Interface (UI) team, delivering a class-leading UI that translates human intentions into ASV actions across the globe. We're seeking someone excited to build a deep understanding of our vehicles' capabilities, the vision behind them, and the realities that operators experience when using them. With this understanding and some exceptional technical skills, this person will make valuable contributions as part of a top-tier team.
Role Details:
This is a highly technical role. You'll need to be adept at bending computers to your will and able to turn visions into code, often on tight timelines. Good listening skills and empathy are also foundational. You'll need to put yourself in users' shoes, controlling real and simulated vessels yourself and gathering feedback from our experienced operators. You'll identify and eliminate customer pain-points and your own, building durable, performative code that makes life easier for new users and seasoned operators alike.
Day-to-day, you will: Write durable code in React/JS that commands our fleet Create intuitive interfaces in low-fidelity mockups, markup, and code Process and chart large datasets from various payload sensors and external sources into actionable purpose-suited displays Advance interface testing and quick feature deployment Solve problems with code, clean layouts, and clear communication About You:

At least five years of Object-Oriented web software development experience, working in browser-based technology (JavaScript/UI Framework/CSS/HTML) Experience iterating on large-codebase apps for mobile and desktop platforms Demonstrated experience with databases, especially SQL databases Familiarity with web software testing and deployment strategies In addition, you may have experience with:
