Emerald is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the jewelry group to support JA New York.

The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of marketing plans to achieve attendance and sales goals for the events, as well as driving the strategy to grow website traffic and lead generation. With a deep understanding of our brand, marketing and the nuances of the fine jewelry industry, this role will create and execute ROI-focused multichannel b2b campaigns.

Much like our audience, the Marketing Manager should be a passionate about marketing and curious to learn more about the jewelry industry, while also being data-driven, agile, and collaborative. A positive attitude and the ability to independently drive projects forward, meet deadlines, and raise work equally well across collaborative and independent work environments are essential to success, as well as excellent project management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans to achieve delivery of business goals. • Create and executes multifaceted B2B marketing campaigns to increase brand/product awareness and increase sales conversions and audience registrations. • Work with show team to develop themes, ideas and concepts that attract and excite our demographic audiences. Ensure all content is appropriate and relevant for the brand and strategy. • Collaborate on endemic social media campaigns and channels to increase awareness, drive registrations, and engage community. • Working closely with the sales team, manage the pre-show communication to all customer to ensure a high-quality pre-show customer experience. • Help script and optimize messaging to advertisers, attendees, and sponsors. • Collaborate with partners to disseminate content across paid, owned and earned channels, including the process of managing production, and approval for all campaign materials. • Manage attendee communications for onboarding, promotions, and operations to ensure customer success. • Deliver team tracking and reporting, manage post-event report creation, working with Marketing Operations on key data points, working in platforms such as Tableau, Marketing Cloud and Pardot for reporting. • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional departments and colleagues, including Sales, Content, Sales Marketing, Marketing Operations and Operations. • Manage process with Registration Team to enhance customer experience throughout the registration process and achieve data / marketing goals. • Additional marketing assignments as needed.

Qualifications: • Experienced in digital marketing, email marketing, lead generation, and SEO. • A strategic thinker and team player comfortable working in a matrix organization. • The creative ability to develop new opportunities and launch new initiatives. • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms. • Event marketing experience a plus • Experience with PPC marketing campaigns and strategies a plus. • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications a plus. • Excellent organization and project management skills. • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects. • Willingness to take initiative. • Professional written and verbal communication skills. • Passion and interest in luxury jewelry preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Target Compensation: $80,000-84,000 (bonus eligible)

Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate's qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
