About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We're a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need-and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.
You will:
Design and produce high-quality visual assets for website layouts, email campaigns, social media content, digital advertisements, and everything in between. Actively contribute to creative brainstorms Synthesize complex concepts around psychiatry and mental health into visually effective and understandable pieces of content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design strategies. Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across digital channels. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines. Implement feedback and iterate on designs based on stakeholder input. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital design and user experience. You have:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar collaborative design tool). Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design best practices. Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory. Ability to create clean, engaging, and effective visual communications. 3-5 years of professional design experience Great communication and a love for collaboration, balanced with the ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously and welcoming feedback Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
