In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, SkinCeuticals, skinbetter science). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world.

A Day in the Life

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a project management or content operations role, preferably within a fast-paced agency or brand environment.

Deep understanding of content production workflows, including digital asset management and IP rights management.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels.

Experience with project management tools and software.

Experience with DAM systems and content workflow tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Content Workflow:

Oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle, from planning and production through to delivery and archiving, for assigned brands and campaigns.

Develop, manage, and continuously improve upon a centralized content calendar and retro-planning process.

Lead cross-functional team meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and any potential roadblocks.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks, clearly communicating delays and implementing contingency plans as needed.

Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, ensuring they adhere to deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Business and Content Analytics, ROI Management:

Understand which content elements are working and not working in terms of content types by channel for the brand

Develop and oversee an ROI model that helps the business understand the ROI on the content elements by channel

Partner across both digital and marketing teams to create content experiments that enable the brand to continuously reinvent it’s content model

Own the content adoption metrics by Zone and country for each campaign

Technical Versions Factory (TEVA)

Main point of contact between DMI, LDB CDMO Team, and Division management in briefing the TEVA for each campaign, including asset list and campaign objectives

Ensuring handover deadlines are met by agencies

Content Workflow Tool Ownership:

Own and manage the Content Workflow Tool, acting as the primary administrator and subject matter expert.

Collaborate with internal teams and Craft (for technical variants) to optimize tool functionality, implement new features, and ensure it effectively supports content operations.

Digital Asset Management (DAM) & IP Rights:

Serve as the program manager for Opera (DAM, PIM, and IP Rights), ensuring 100% compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Manage the relationship with the DAM management agency, overseeing their performance and ensuring seamless asset management.

Provide training and support to internal teams on DAM best practices, IP rights, and content workflow processes.
