The Go Event Group is a dynamic event company. We pride ourselves on capturing stunning visuals and delivering exceptional service to our clients. We’re looking for a passionate and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Photography Assistant. Experience appreciated but not necessary, willing to train the right candidate.

 

As a Photography Assistant, you will support our lead photographer during shoots, manage equipment, and help post-production tasks. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the photography industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the photographer in setting up equipment and props for shoots

  • Manage and organize photography gear and supplies

  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage and candid moments

  • Assist in editing photos and organizing files in post-production

  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth operations during shoots

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A creative mindset and eagerness to learn

  • Familiarity with photo editing software (e.g. Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) is a plus but not required- again will train the right candidate
