Job Details

Looking for a dynamic and collaborative leader to join our Orlando and Philadelphia office to oversee the multifamily team, assist with clients/developers, mentor and grow the team. This role involves leading a variety of local and national projects across multi-family residential, mixed-use, commercial, and adaptive reuse markets while managing a talented team of designers in both locations. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Key responsibilities include overseeing project teams, driving marketing and business development efforts, and ensuring the studio’s overall success, backlog management, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of project management experience, exceptional creativity, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of building technology and structures. Outstanding communication and client relationship skills, along with demonstrated problem-solving expertise, are essential. A professional degree in architecture and an architectural license is highly preferred. Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as a LEED AP credential, are preferred.
