Purpose
The Marketing Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our brand and enhancing consumer engagement through innovative marketing strategies while ensuring alignment with the company’s core values and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales and Leadership team to execute the annual business plan, ensuring alignment with the growth agenda.
- Design and implement standout consumer communication campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, and in-store promotions.
- Spearhead the development and execution of key marketing programs, focusing on amplifying social media presence and fostering community interaction.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, and field teams, to drive innovative, customer-centric growth initiatives.
- Cultivate partnerships with external agencies and vendors (Advertising, PR, Media, Promotions) to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing programs that capture consumer attention.
- Engage proactively with the Field Sales organization to communicate brand initiatives, providing insights and updates during key meetings.
- Analyze brand performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions that drive results in a rapidly evolving market.
- Stay ahead of market trends and consumer preferences to inform and inspire future marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in marketing required.
- Passion for consumer-centric marketing, with a strong grasp of brand management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency partnerships to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive, business-savvy mindset.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with our diverse consumer base.
