Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Jewelry Brand

Location: New York, NY

You will oversee activities across social media platforms, our website, and broader marketing initiatives, while receiving training in the artistry of fine jewelry and the intricacies of classical craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Coordinate the digital media team’s efforts with social media content preparation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to interactions on platforms like Yelp, Google, and YouTube, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Content & Website Management

  • Manage Pinterest strategy and content development.
  • Contribute to SEO-friendly blog posts for the website, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure the website remains fresh and cohesive through regular updates to product listings, images, and copy.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Collaborate with our SEO agency to implement best practices for website content and blog entries.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Hotjar, providing actionable insights to improve user experience.
  • Work with our Paid Search agency to track ad performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Product & PR Support

  • Coordinate product launches across digital channels, ensuring timely and effective updates.
  • Communicate new product releases to the sales team.
  • Support public relations activities, including cataloging and analyzing press coverage.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and content opportunities to keep the brand ahead.

Creative & Visual Content Support

  • Organize and support photo and video shoots, including product setup, jewelry organization, and process management.
  • Occasionally serve as a hand model for jewelry photos and videos (a well-groomed, neutral manicure is required).

Additional Support

  • Provide comprehensive assistance to the marketing team, supporting a variety of projects and initiatives with a focus on efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) and current digital trends.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hotjar, and Canva (or similar design tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior jewelry/diamond industry experience is highly valued.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently when needed.
