This job assists in the development, project management and implementation of strategic marketing plans to support the organization's hospitals, clinics, and/or service lines. Maintains and enhances the quality and image of the company brand. Supervises professional and support marketing staff.

Education

Required - High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, computer science, or related field.

Work Experience

Required - 5 years of related marketing experience.

Preferred - 5 years of marketing experience including 3 years of project or team leadership experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques and ability to develop marketing plans and strategies.
  • Leadership skills and ability to delegate job tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
  • Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and challenging demands.

Job Duties

  • Manages the implementation of comprehensive strategic marketing plans for the company's service lines, hospitals, clinics and/or programs based on operational strategic plans and goals.
  • Assists in the maintenance of marketing budget for clients and projects.
  • Assists with creative development and of campaign materials for system initiatives and service line priorities.
  • Uses market data analysis and assessments, along with downstream outcome impact to optimize marketing campaign initiatives.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
