Marketing Coordinator Job at Valid8 Financial, Inc. in New York

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support strategies across all direct and indirect Sales channels. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with events, partner communications, content creation, and administrative tasks, including logistics, event coordination, and data management.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and full execution of all aspects of events and programming which support the direction of the global and local brand strategy.
• Track post-event results and provide feedback to internal and external partners.
• Manage and be present at all on-site events & activations.
• Operate customization equipment for events and ad-hoc projects.
• Execute setup and teardown for company PR engagements.
• Assist with logistics between company and strategic partners.
• Create purchase orders, invoices, and maintain file/database organization for Marketing team.
• Partner with Design and Marketing teams to create and maintain local asset files on the shared drive.
• Generate weekly newsletter & other relevant content.
• Represent the brand professionally to external and internal partners.

Required Qualifications

• Capable of moving and lifting objects over 25 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time when required.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience working with SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, event planning, retail sales, and customer service.
• Strong independent work ethic, attention to detail, and high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and adapt to different cultures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles short distances.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
