We're seeking an entry-level graphic designer to join our team and support a growing Fortune 500 client account. Could it be you? We hope so!
Ideally, this person will be well versed in InDesign, other Adobe programs, and Figma and have worked in Microsoft PowerPoint. While there is creative fun to be had from time to time with our roster of clients, this role is a better fit for designers who enjoy working from a detailed, templated, production mindset: precision layout, technical excellence in terms of file setup/prep, and quality QA of revisions.
With time, there is ample opportunity to grow your graphic design career and develop skills in motion graphics and video, campaign-level work, event creative, and more.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working within client brand standards/templates to produce static, GIF, and HTML5 display ads; email graphics; web graphics; social graphics (using PhotoShop, Figma, and Bannerify)
- InDesign layout of lots of content in client brand templates (datasheets, case studies, ebooks, whitepapers, etc.)
- Updating brand templates when changes are needed
- Sourcing new stock photography/illustrations and editing to meet client brand standards
What we’re looking for
- BFA in graphic design or equivalent training
- 1+ year of experience in a graphic design role/internships
- Strong typography/layout skills
- Knowledge of:
- Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Bonus points if you know Figma and HTML5
- Extreme attention to detail in adhering to brand rules, templates, and graphic design best practices
- Must be fast and execute quickly across both digital and print applications
- Able to solve design problems when requests fall into the “gray area” of black and white brand rules
The details
- 40 hours/week full-time position
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days in our Fort Collins office and 3 days WFH (or more in-office if you prefer)
