We are offering an exciting opportunity for a VP Marketing in the Consumer Products industry. Located in Mahwah, New Jersey, this role involves leading the elevation and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including retail, e-commerce, and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-centered marketing strategies that align with the growth objectives of our brands.
• Manage the brand's identity and product life cycle, utilizing market research to guide messaging and innovation.
• Cultivate a creative, collaborative, and innovative environment within the marketing team.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
• Design and execute campaigns to engage customers and foster loyalty.
• Take charge of digital efforts, leveraging social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality brand messaging across all channels by overseeing marketing concepts.
• Work alongside Sales to develop marketing initiatives that drive revenue and meet metrics.
• Adapt marketing strategies to cater to diverse global markets for international expansion.
• Oversee the brand's presence at trade shows and cultivate external partnerships.• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in the marketing sphere
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Technologies, particularly in data management and analysis
• Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, including its implementation and optimization
• Proficient in using Facebook Insights for customer engagement and campaign analysis
• Familiarity with GMail or similar detail oriented email platforms and its various collaborative features
• Proven track record in building and enhancing Brand Awareness in the consumer products industry
• Comprehensive understanding of Budget Processes, particularly in the context of marketing campaigns
• Strong experience in Campaign Planning, from initial concept to final execution
• Skilled in Collateral Management, including the creation and distribution of marketing materials
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal team coordination and external stakeholder engagement
