Summary: We are seeking a full-time evaporation operator. The Pan Operator will run the evaporation systems, HTST, and Separator to the require Specification and according to S.O.P.'s. Responsible for operating, sanitation and performing maintenance on machinery as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently operate of the Evaporator, HTST, and Separator to the required specification and according to S.O.P.'s
- Properly completing required information onto charts, checklist, run logs, cleaning documents, and any forms associated with cleaning or operation.
- Cleaning of the Evaporator, Separator, tanks, lines, Homogenizer and nay manually cleaning required producing a sanitary product.
- Ability to operate the CIP system for cleaning Tanks and Lines.
- Ability to disassemble and assemble Separator, Presses, Pumps, Valves, and any equipment associated with the operation for inspection and cleaning
- Take sanitary samples as required or needed in a timely manner
- Keeping your work area clean at all time. Floor, buckets, and brushes stored properly.
- Follow GMP's as required by FDA, USDA, State, and company policy to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Follow all safety rules, regulations, and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties assigned by management
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Related experience preferred
- Knowledge in the operation of control room systems and evaporation equipment preferred
- Must be mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment's
