We are looking for a creative, analytical and data driven marketer to usher in the next era of growth for Printique and a couple of other Adorama brands. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing for Printique and a couple of other Adorama brands. This is a wonderful opportunity to take ownership of a brand with the support of the larger Adorama eco system.

This role requires three on-site days weekly to ensure in-person collaboration, improved communication, effective teamwork, and real-time problem solving to enhance team synergy and productivity. A standard 40 hour work week is expected.
The salary range for this position ranges from $90,000 to $150,000. The rate will be determined based on overall skills and experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver significant sales growth by driving improvements in marketing effectiveness and spend efficiency
- Utilize metrics tracking to gather insights and drive course correction
- Master Calendar Planning & Campaign Execution across all channels
- Content Assets Planning with Marketing team and cross-collaboration to ensure assets are ready with 60-90 days lead time for every campaign
- Timeline Management for all marketing departments to ensure 360 execution on time
- CRM Email-SMS Campaign management
- Content Design, Curation, and Photography for Blogs, Email, Ads as needed, including designing banners, Performance Ads, Reels
- Active Participation in Photo Shoots & Collaborations for Brand Campaigns

- Product & E-commerce Marketing Management
- Oversee Full-Funnel Marketing Activities: Managing all aspects of marketing, including email, SEO, SEM, blogs, partnerships, social media, influencer marketing, affiliates, referrals, PR and analytics.
- Drive End-to-End Marketing Campaigns: Leading the planning, execution and analysis of comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Manage In-House and Third-Party Marketers
- Growth & Data Analysis
- Develop insights from Google Analytics 4 & Looker metrics.
- Utilizing data to inform performance marketing, audience segmentation and budget management.
- Direct Social Media Campaigns
- Managing social media content and metrics.
- Approvals on partnerships, collaborations and budgets.
- Collaborate with Leadership to Build the Brand Story
- Working closely with leadership to shape and communicate our brand story.
- Providing weekly roadmap updates and data analysis.
- Brand building
- Enhancing brand identity and visual aesthetics across all marketing channels.
- Guiding the creative process to ensure cohesive and compelling marketing content.
- Work with the product team to maintain and update the website
Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years' relevant experience
- Customer centric
- Proven capability to drive cost-effective growth
- Clear experience of driving insights that lead to significant impacts to the business
- Data driven with experience with data and visualization tools like looker
- Good business acumen with a strong understanding of a P&L
- Hands on leader
- Strong project management skills
- Strong organizational skills to build content publishing calendars and create stories for our audiences.
- Highly creative taskmaster and innovative thinker with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing strategies to reach them
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Proven ability to handle high volumes of work at all times.
