We are is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Communications Assistant to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role involves assisting with internal and external communications, creating marketing materials, and ensuring brand consistency-without social media tasks. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for marketing communications.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Support the development of presentations, proposals, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate and maintain marketing schedules, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
  • Assist in event planning, logistics, and execution for marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing collateral, reports, and communications.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure brand consistency across all materials.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
